A. Who can participate?
Ans: Any Porwal Boy or Girl from any part of India or Abroad above the age of 18 can submit his/her form along with 2 colour photographs to the office of PORWAL JAIN PARISHAD.
B. Is there any charges?
Ans: No, it is totally Free. Also the candidate along with both parents or any two family members can attend. Lunch & Dinner will be provided to all without any charges. For out of Mumbai Candidates residential facility can be arranged on actual payment basis if requested.
C. Can we make the application on E-mail?
Ans: Yes. You can also scan the colour photographs & mail the same.
D. What procedure will be followed for presentation?
Ans: The candidate will be expected to speak about him / herself for 2 – 3 minutes giving personal details such as Name, Fathers Name, Education, Height, His / Her choice for the partner etc.
E. If only candidates / Parents will be permitted in the Hall?
Ans: Yes. Only those who have submitted their forms will be allowed. No one else except Office bearers of PORWAL JAIN PARISHAD will be permitted.
F. Is it only for Members of PORWAL JAIN PARISHAD?
Ans: Yes. However, if someone is not a Member, he can do so by submitting a lifetime fee of Rs.100/- and by filling a Membership Form & submit the same at Office OR one can apply for online membership and remit Rs. 100/- in any branch of ICICI Bank throughout the world in A/C No. 642601701062 PORWAL JAIN PARISHAD (A/C: Kalbadevi Branch, Mumbai)
G. Where is the Venue?
Ans: At Mumbai. We shall inform the name of Hall by Mid of March 2012 as the same will be decided based on the number of participants taking part which will determine the size of gathering.
H. What is the last date of application?
Ans: one should apply as early as possible as this will help us in organizing with a proper planning & also a booklet which will be published with candidates full details & photograph also needs sufficient time. However, PORWAL JAIN PARISHAD may stop taking further entries if the response is overwhelming.
I. If I need any other clarification, how do I get?
Ans: You can E-mail your queries OR send a letter.
J. Can a Widow / Widower can also participate?
Ans: NO. However they can send their Biodata with Photograph to PORWAL JAIN PARISHAD Office for necessary help.

| 1. | Membership is restricted only to to Porwal Jains originally living in Jalore, Pali, Sirohi districts of Rajasthan. Those who are not familier with computer or internet may seek help of their young children or friends and relatives. |
| 2. | Only proposed members / Non Members have to fill in this form. If you are already a member please go to log in section. Proposed members / non Members - you may please fill up the form with your personal details. Only following fields are compulsory: - Name, Surname, Native Village, Native District, Residential address, Landline, email id, country, city & state. However it is better to fill in all other fields. |
| 3. | Mobile no and email id is must be given for quick communication. |
| 4. | Proposed members / Non Members data will also be displayed in directory. However in matrimonial search their data will not appear. They will also not be able to fill in details of their family. This privilege is only for members. One can become member by submitting the duly completed form with fees to office. |
| 5. | Please note that your married sons will have to be enrolled as a separate member. |
| 6. | Non members / proposed members may please select your own login id and password while registering. However You will be able to login with same login id and password only after you become a member and administration approves your membership, which may take about 30 days. You will be informed by email on your registered email id. |
| 7. | Photograph can be uploaded only in jpeg image and no other format) |

| 9. | Membership fee of Rs. 100/- is to be sent along with a printed signed copy of duly filled in form. |
